Terms & Conditions
- All items returned for exchange or repair must be sent back to Mywatchesjewelry.com office with prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be entertained. An official document should be attached.
- Returned items must be in their original tag and plastic bag packaging. Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded.
- Returned items must be in good condition. Mywatchesjewelry.com reserves the right to reject return/exchange requests if the returned items are in unacceptable condition.
- Mywatchesjewelry.com will be responsible for exchange shipping costs if the defective claim is confirmed to be valid. No compensation for shipping costs will be provided.
- Mywatchesjewelry.com is not responsible for items lost during return shipping. We highly recommend you send via a reliable carrier to ensure it reaches us.
- Mywatchesjewelry.com may or may not reship the replacement or repaired items by courier. Mywatchesjewelry.com reserves the right to decide upon reshipping methods in cases of exchange.
- Products returned for any reason other than damage or defects upon receiving will NOT be eligible neither for return nor exchange. Mywatchesjewelry.com does not accept unwanted/unopened returns on any items.
- In cases of defective return, Mywatchesjewelry.com will provide a replacement item instead of a refund, unless there is out of stock.
- Mywatchesjewelry.com reserves the right to change our return policies and/or reject any exchange requests for any reason without prior notice. Should there be any dispute; Mywatchesjewelry.com’s decision will be final.
- Mywatchesjewelry.com is not responsible for the shipping fee of return items but will be responsible for the shipping fee of replacement. Mywatchesjewelry.com may or may not ship the replacement by courier.
Q : In which circumstances that the merchant purchased can NOT be exchanged or replaced ?
A :
- Where the merchant is present without e-receipt, inscribed with the correct model item.
- Returned items not in their original tag and plastic bag packaging.
- Where the merchant was not sold under Mywatchesjewelry.com.
- Where in our sole opinion, the item was subjected to modification, attempted repair or unreasonable misused.
- Where merchants in slightly discoloration, oxidation or scratches on surface.
- Where the merchant was not the desire color, size, design & pattern.
- All promotion and special discounted / sales merchants.
Q : Can I return clearance item(s) after I have received it/them ?
A : Sorry, any return request will not be entertained except you have received defective item(s). We will be responsible for replacing any defective item by another piece of the same item, which is confirmed in good condition.
